Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Warm olive oil in pan
  2. Add zucchini and mushrooms
  3. Saute until they are browned to taste
  4. Add garlic
  5. saute until garlic is browned
  6. Add pre-cooked green noodles
  7. Continue sauteing until the noodles are warmed and mixed in
  8. Transfer to a bowl
  9. Add peanuts, and enjoy!!!
Recipe Notes

I think the only thing that would improve this recipe is using peanut oil or sesame oil instead of the olive oil. Will definitely try that next time, but honestly it was delicious with good ole olive oil as well.
