A few days ago I stumbled upon this simple pin on pinterest. A super healthy oatmeal bar for when you need a touch of sweetness and non of the added sugar.

3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins / cranberries / any dried fruit
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Pretty simple as far as recipes go, vegan and dairy free, which is what I am all about! I didn’t have 3 bananas, I only had 2, so Instead of 2 cups of oats, I did 1.5 cups of old fashioned oats. I also used cranberries in mine because that’s all I had the time but I definitely want to try a variation of dried fruit for next time.

I also put it in the fridge after baking. Don’t know why lol, just fell like it. a few days later it is still soft and delicious. Enjoy!!!
